Courtney is the director of Cornerstone Physiotherapy’s North York clinic. She has been practicing Physiotherapy and helping patients since 2008 and is very dedicated to ongoing education. She not only continually takes post-graduate courses to improve and add to her own skill set but also mentors other physiotherapists, is an adjunct lecturer at UofT and teaches in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s post-graduate orthopaedic education system. Her designations include: credentialed McKenzie Therapist (MDT), diploma of manipulative physiotherapy (FCAMPT), contemporary medical acupuncture practitioner and of course she holds a certificate of integrated dry needling. Courtney uses many different techniques and approaches to effectively treat her patients but finds dry needling to be especially helpful at treating trigger points and soft tissue problems.
